Duties & Taxes

Once the package reaches the destination country, any import duties and taxes will be charged and these must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, as customs policies vary from country to country, we have no control over these fees. If you have any questions about customs charges, it is recommended that you contact your local customs.

refund

If the product you receive is defective or damaged during transportation, we offer a 100% refund guarantee or replacement. Please contact us within three days after delivery, and we will provide a full refund or send a replacement item.

Please note that customized products and blind box products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

If the following situations occur, we will not issue refunds or returns:

-Due to factors within your control (such as incorrect delivery address provided), your order was not delivered.

If the product does not meet the above standards, or if the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled before shipment. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel the order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and delivery process begins, it cannot be cancelled again.
